  • Outline the critical questions that must be addressed BEFORE embarking on a prince piece/catalog
  • Examine the financial model to determine if a print piece makes sense
  • Formulate a product strategy and determine the merchandise mix   
  • Build the assortment plan using historical and available data
  • Discuss different design, messaging and formatting approaches and ensure they are channel-appropriate
  • Develop a circulation strategy based on analytics to target prime customers
